Primarily used Reds in all my setups, but got on a Mini Logo kick late last year and started trying out all of the ML products. Compared to the Reds, I haven't noticed much of a difference, so based on the price I purchased a few more sets for different setups. All but one of my sets are the Series 3 with the two rubber shields (the older style came with a ML Lift Kit I bought for a cruiser). I've wiped them down a few times, but haven't had to take any of them off for a full cleaning. Maintenance is part of the fun at my age (49 at the time of this post), but at this price you can afford to buy a new set and not worry about cleaning them (but where's the fun in that?). They roll fast, they roll quiet, and seem to be of the same high quality as you would expect from Skate One. With this quality at this price point, they are my new bearings of choice. Looking forward to cleaning and lubing a set and see how long they ultimately last.
